Terms of use

Purpose

These terms govern the use of Bongo Space, a management platform published by [TO BE COMPLETED: publisher's company name]: checkout, stock, table ordering by QR code, online ordering, delivery, customer debts and loyalty.

They apply to subscribing establishments (manager and staff) and, for public pages, to the customers of those establishments.

Sign-up and account

An establishment is registered by its manager, who confirms their phone number with a verification code. The manager then creates staff accounts and assigns them a role.

Each user keeps their password confidential. Any action taken with an account is deemed to be taken by its holder.

Plans, prices and payment

7-day free trial, then a monthly (5,390 FCFA) or annual (64,680 FCFA) subscription. [TO BE COMPLETED: prices excluding or including tax, applicable VAT].

Payment is made with Orange Money or MTN MoMo. If payment is not made when due, write access is suspended; data is kept and access is restored upon payment.

Establishment obligations

The establishment is solely responsible for the information it publishes (menu, prices, availability), its sales, its accounts and its tax obligations.

It obtains its customers' consent before sending them messages (receipts, reminders, loyalty) and respects their rights over their data.

Customer orders

Orders placed by customers (at the table via the QR code, or online) are concluded between the customer and the establishment. Bongo Space is only a technical intermediary.

A table order is only taken into account after it is approved by the establishment's staff.

Service availability

The service is available continuously, except for maintenance or incidents. Thanks to offline mode, sales continue during a network outage and sync when the connection returns.

Liability

Termination
